Farmhouse in Winter, 1890, watercolor, by Walter Launt Palmer, 1854-1932, American artist of the Hudson River School based in New York. The Hudson River School was not a formal institution, but a gathering of like-minded artists in the 19th century.
Palmer was known for his snow scenes and his interiors. This painting is in a private collection.
